To Open an Account
To take advantage of the services Cinema2you.com has to offer, you must first open an account with us. You must be at least 18 years of age. You must have a valid email address and a valid credit card. Go to “My Account” and choose a user name and password to create an account. Becoming a registered member of Cinema2you is fast and simple.
Managing Your Account
Once you create an account, you can view your account history, track your order, reserve or request the movie you want to rent, by logging in to you account. Use your "My Account" page to change your member information including your password, email address, shipping address, and credit card information.
What is “Rental Queue”
Your “Rental Queue” is a customized list of the movies you want to rent. When a title on your list becomes available, Cinema2you.com will notify you automatically via email. Putting a DVD on you list put you under no obligation to rent that title at any time. You can add or remove movie titles from your list at any time.
How much does it cost to rent?
You may choose from several different membership plans that Cinema2you.com has available. You may choose one DVD at a time with an unlimited amount of times within your monthly program for $4.99 a month. You may choose two DVDs at a time with an unlimited amount of times within your monthly program for $7.99 a month. You may choose three movies at a time with an unlimited amount of times within your monthly program for $12.99 a month. You may choose four movies at a time with an unlimited amount of times within your monthly program for $16.99 a month. Monthly program prices are subject to change without notice, and “monthly program” refers to a 30 day period from the date you register as a member with Cinema2you.com
How long will it take to get my movies?
Titles are sent via first-class mail and usually arrive within 1-4 days. The U.S. Post Offices provides a reliable, affordable shipping method, and we're happy to pass those savings along to you. Some movies may take longer than 4 days to arrive because of unforeseen delays in the U.S. postal system. Cinema2you.com cannot guarantee delivery dates.
What are your shipping policies?
Orders received by 4:00PM (Arizona Standard Time) are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 4:00PM, on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day. Cinema2you.com will automatically send you an e-mail confirming your shipment as soon as your order is en route. All orders are shipped by U.S. First-Class mail and should arrive in 1-4 days.
What is your Return Policy?
When rentals are returned, we inspect the discs and put them back into our inventory. A return confirmation email is sent to you. If you do not receive the email, it means we have not received your return from the U.S. postal service.
Is Cinema2you.com Secure?
Yes. To safeguard your credit card information, Cinema2you.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online ordering security system available. We are certified by Thawte, the third party organization who verifies authentic sites using SSL web servers. SSL encrypts all ordering information so that no part of your order -- including your name, address and credit card number -- can be read in transit by an unauthorized third party.
The DVD is rented is unplayable, what should I do?
Although all DVDs go through "quality control"before leaving the Cinema2you warehouse, titles are occasionally damaged in transit. If you receive a DVD that skips, try wiping the disc from its center to outer edge (never in a circular motion) with a clean, lint-free cloth. Dust particles are also a common cause for most playback problems. If cleaning doesn't solve your problem, email us at support@cinema2you.com. Once we're aware of the situation, we'll make an adjustment to your account. When you return any faulty discs, please make a note on the sleeve that the DVD is "Damaged".
